“JP” turned 5 yesterday, so as we always do, we had a birthday cake for her. She was so excited. Most of the day was spent outside. In the sand box, blowing bubbles, kick ball, running, softball passing, climbers and on and on. Everyone was smoothered in Sun screen and we made a day of it outside. And what a beautiful day too.
The youngest child in my Child Care turns TWO today!! Happy Birthday “M”. I hung a sign with his picture on it on the door so he would see it as he came in. He also got his gift when he first got here. All the kids enjoyed knocking it down. We decorated with balloons and a banner. We played a couple balloon games, one was that the kids had to toss the balloons into the air and try not to let them touch the floor. The other game involved me tying the balloons around the kids ankles and them each running around trying to step on the other kids balloons, the kids loved these games. Then we all made Birthday cards for “M”, which I had to get creative with since the print out has 5 candles on it. We also did some learning games, Memory with animals, Go fish and Counting with the new Flashcards. And, “M”s Mom was nice enough to supply us with a snack to celebrate. What a great celebration.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY “M”!!!!!!!!!
