TUESDAY: I had looked up a DIY project for people that may have over stimulation concerns. It is actually a weighted blanket/Lap pad. It is said to help increasing certain “calming”chemical levels in the brain. You can follow the process with these pictures, but the short description. Put 1.5 cups of rice into a zip lock bag (9). Duck tape the bags shut. Place in three rows (Or how ever many you would like for the size you desire). We used 9. Three rows of three. Once the rice was all secure we duct taped the bags, spaced equally apart. We continued to duct tape until all the zip lock bags were secure. You can see the end result. You can make a cover for it, or use a pillow case.

WEDNESDAY: We had lots of fun in the Daycare room today. We went through many items, and with the kids help and input, determined what was to be left out and what could be put away.
During play time, “C” showed off his belly. He was so sweet giving little “J” his blanket, over and over again, as well as hugs. There was dancing, music, Barbies and lots of play with many different activities/toys. That made it very hard to decide what to put into storage. I will let you see for yourself the happiness in everyone’s faces. I even got a special kiss from “C”. My sweet kiddos.
Enjoy the pictures and please feel free to comment on them here or on Facebook. I welcome your Feedback.
