Where care is most like home.

Yesterday we made Caterpillar bookmarks. So today we made the end result, a Butterfly. We used sheets of foam sheets, cutting them into the shape of Wings. For the body we used a toilet paper roll and pipe cleaners for Antennas.  The kids first colored the bodies and then the wings and eyes were attached using hot glue. Next some of the children decided to use the BINGO markers to add dots to their Butterfly’s wings.

I added a couple pictures from yesterday afternoon as well. My daughter and the kids built this great building. It even had seperate rooms inside. Very creative.

Looks like another great day! Nice job keeping them entertained with all the rain we have been getting. I bet they get a little antsy.!! Love that Kaci used bingo markers for her butterfly.
